So my friends (well, a friend of a friend) own most of Ferne. They live up in the sky so I really never got to see it before, but now they're revamping it into a roleplaying venue, which is cool. (I've never actually *played* World of Darkness, but "getting the sourcebooks" is on my to-do list. Hopefully sometime before they're done.) Wandering around, it's a cool little urban environment - I took my profile picture there, so you might get the briefest glance. Since Ferne is more or less my home in so much as it's where I most likely am when I log out or am doing stuff that requires nudity for too long. Like making shapes. Now, I am a roleplayer, so "living" in a roleplaying sim suits me just fine, and living in an urban area suits Character!Ocelot just fine.
You know. Until I stumbled upon this.
Now suddenly, OOCly I am upset at living in an urban sim because dude! a treehouse! Everyone wants to live in a treehouse. And it would be hilariously appropraite, given that real life ocelots live in trees. But giant trees do not grow in the middle of a city, alas. I'm going to either sulk or buy some land in a fit of trehouse squee. Probably the former, because my wallet can't handle the latter.
